Montreal Montgomery

I knew a guy that was pretty cool.

They called him black sheep because he ditched school.

He was a music head that swung his dreads and at the age of sixteen he had a newborn kid.

He came from a gangster scene so he spoke mean.

Things were always black or white never in between.

He was a straight up guy and man did he stay fly.

He was hailing from a windy city called the “Chi”.

Misunderstood but he understood his hood.

He was living day to day doing all he could because he went from foster home to foster home in the hood.

He stayed in trouble because the boy was wild.

He never spoke and he always listened.

He came to class just to ditch detention.

The life of a hustler chose his name cause when his granny died everything changed.

HE WAS MONTREAL MONTGOMERY.
