This week in entertainment news R & B singer Usher will be releasing a new album, Rob Kardashian and Blac Chyna’s new reality television show premieres, and rapper Drake gushes over pop star girlfriend Rihanna during an interesting performance at an LA concert.
September 16, 2016 is a day to mark on your calendars because Usher will be releasing his 8th studio album. Currently available on iTunes for presale the album “Hard II Love” will be composed of 15 songs. At the moment he has only released the names of 5 of the 15 songs, one of them being his popular single ‘No Limit’ featuring rapper Young Thug. As for promotion for the album Usher partnered with Sprint to give its Los Angeles patrons a chance to win free tickets to an exclusive listening party that will be taking place on September 12, 2016.
In the reality television world, Robert Kardashian and fiancée Angela “Blac Chyna” White’s new television series “Rob & Chyna” premiered on E! on September 11, 2016. This shows goes into the life of one of the infamous Kardashian siblings and ex-girlfriend of the rapper Tyga. An exciting thing that was uncovered on the show was revealing the sex of the child the two are expecting and guess what…. IT’S A GIRL!! “It’s an emotional moment. Me wanting to have a boy, it definitely stems from my dad (Robert Kardashian, the famous defense attorney from the O.J. Simpson trial) but I’m sure I’ll have the same relationship that I had with my father with my daughter,” Rob says in a confessional. “I’m just happy that the baby’s healthy and I’m gonna be super happy with a girl.”
Lastly, chart-topping rap artist Drake and pop star girlfriend Rihanna seemed to really want to prove they’re an “item”. During Drake’s Staples Center concert in Los Angeles, Rihanna joined him on stage for a surprise PDA (public display of affection) packed performance and he was not upset. After he professed his love for Rihanna at the 2016 Video Music Awards stating, “She’s someone I’ve been in love with since I was 22-years-old.” Drake hasn’t shown any shame letting the world know that she is truly the apple of his eye. After the couple performed their song ‘Work’, Drake said to the audience, “ L.A I pray that you find someone to hold you down like this woman right here.”
