THESIS DEFENSE: KENITRA WALLACE

The Alcorn State University School of Nursing will host a Thesis Defense by Kenitra Wallace on Wednesday, March 1, 2017 beginning at 10:00 am at the Virtual Hospital Cora Balmat School of Nursing in Natchez, Mississippi. The speaker will be Ambassador Odo Tevi discussing The United Nations Continuing Challenges in Combatting Climate Change. The C-SPAN Bus will visit Alcorn on Wednesday, March 1, 2017 at 1:00 pm – 2:30 pm in the Campus Plaza.

TOOLS OF THE TRADE: MY DAY-TO-DAY SOFTWARE TOOLS

There will be a workshop held on Tools of the Trade on Friday, March 3, 2017 in the WWACB 3rd Floor Training Lab from 9:00 am – 10:00 am facilitated by Mr. Stanley Stephney. The purpose of the workshop is to introduce tools that help you get more efficiency and productivity from your technology.

HELPFUL TELEPHONE ETIQUETTE TIPS

There will be a workshop held on Helpful Telephone Etiquette Tips on Monday, March 8, 2017 in the WWACB 3rd Floor Training Lab from 9:00 am – 10:00 am facilitated by Ms. Debra Payne. The purpose of the workshop is to provide customer service best practices for answering and directing phone calls, dealing with difficult callers, and ensuring a satisfying call experience.

ACTORS AND BACKSTAGE STAFF NEEDED FOR SHAKESPEARE’S  TWELFTH NIGHT

INSTALLATION OF BDMS COMPATIBLE SCANNER

There will be a workshop held on Installation of BDMS Compatible Scanner on Wednesday, March 8, 2017 in the WWACB 3rd Floor Training Lab from 9:00 am – 10:00 am facilitated by Mr. Stephen Love. The purpose of the workshop is to teach individuals how to scan supporting documents directly into Banner.

PHOTOSHOP FOR DUMMIES

There will be a workshop held on Photoshop for Dummies on Thursday, March 9, 2017 in the WWACB 3rd Floor Training Lab from 3:00 pm – 4:00 pm facilitated by Mr. Felton Square. The purpose of the workshop is to see the basic navigation and features of Photoshop.
