Why Not a Natural Lifestyle?

Okay, where do I start, natural life is a healthier, more observing, impactful experience. I, myself am natural; hair that is and I can honestly say I love it. Attempting to transition to a natural life opposed to living a fatty I-eat-what-want life can be not only scary, but challenging as well. 

There are plenty of perks to go along with a natural lifestyle, like better sleep, better body preservation, and let’s not forget a better appearance. C’mon. That sounds fantastic, can you say IN LOVE! Now don’t mistake me guys, I know it’s easier said than done, but why not a healthy lifestyle? If at any moment you start to feel alone call on a friend, family member, co-worker or peer; there is always someone who can offer a lending hand through a progressive process.
